We had a great time spent here in Novotel Edinburgh Centre. The staff were all so lovely. The room was nice and family friendly. So many good amenities. The Tap Bar was really2 good and very delicious foods and drinks. We?ll surely come back again.

Good, smiling welcome. Room with view of the castle. Top swimming pool spa sauna.Children's bed not made on arrival but as soon as we were told they corrected it immediately.Breakfast very good.

Brilliant, nice clean airy room, swimming pool was lovely and relaxing, great breakfast, such a good location for everything. Only downsides were the fold out sofa bed was the most uncomfortable extra bed and poor dad had to sleep on it! Majority of staff were super friendly and

It is nearby the city central, 10-13 mins walk.I picked this hotel, because they have swimming pool.The room was ok, bed is very comfortable.Toilet and shower is separate from each others. Swimming pool is on the basement, easy to get to.The downside, the shower tap was broken and water leaking while having shower. Plus the cleaning needs to improve (room)Rooms: Reasonable size for a family, but cleaning needs to improved.Bed is comfortable, but the room is very hot during the night, we need to turn the fans on (winter time)?Nearby activities: National Museum of Scotland ???????Edinburgh Castle ?Food & drinks: Lot of restaurants are nearby the hotel, even Tesco Express and Sainsbury Local are 5 mins away.

The staff here are wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable. The design & decor maximize space. Understandably for such a central location the pool is small but big sauna!Rooms: Well designed rooms. A sofa bed for kids that can comfortably sleep a tall teenager! Good sound insulation, we slept well.Walkability: Excellent. Can walk to the Castle, the Royal Mile, the National Museum of Scotland. Also a Sainsburys Local a couple of minutes away.Food & drinks: Great breakfast buffet. Dairy free milk alternatives.

Walkability: Great location for exploring Edinburgh being just a short walk from the castle.Food & drinks: Lovely selection of food for breakfast.Noteworthy details: Having the ability to go swimming, relax in the jacuzzi and sauna after a day's walking was great!

The hotel is modern, comfortable and very well located, within walking distance of tourist sites. The cleanliness is evident, we got cold at night and they brought us another blanket and a heater. The welcome was very professional and we felt at home due to the personalized details. We will be back!
