We filled 2 trolleys with goods here. Whilst still on the shop floor, member of staff Calum, offered to wheel one trolley to the checkout while we carried on shopping. At the checkout, Calum rang through all of our items while being watched by busy body supervisor(interfering and getting it wrong). On completion Calum helped us to our car and took back the trolley. Well done young man, your customer service is excellent

Nice and friendly staff. Excellent store lots of different items depends on what your looking for. Different 6 item offers each week. Need to be quick though as they can sell out fast.

I have just returned home after a visit to the store at Craigleith retail park and saw a lovely duvet cover set which I purchased nearly £60 on said Duvet set. First issue was on opening packaging I found that although red sticker on the outside stated it was a king size ....it wasn't and further more I found it only had one pillow case and not 2. I thought I would ring the store to see what I could do and because I had opened it they would not take it back and to my surprise I could not find a number anywhere either on my receipt nor on the website!! So now by my understanding of the rules of open bedding cannot be returned I will to purchase another 2 pillowcases. Bad show guys and that just makes me wonder if I will buy anything from you again and believe me have sent quite a bit of money in your store but this has put me off.If you wish to investigate further sales ref. Having spent a small fortune since this shopped open including large cushions, I asked the manager if I could buy a couple of the plastic bags as I'm moving house andhis reply was no as it encourages shop lifting which I found extremely insulting! He did say that if I made a purchase I could have them my reply was that I'd been going elsewhere from now and he replied "okay no problem" and that's a manager for you???
