I was in the Shandwick place branch today looking for essential Oil. Monday 14th . The lady serving was really helpful with answering my enquiry. Even phoning the Princes st branch to see if an item i was looking for was was avail there. It was , the last bottle of Frankincense , which was put aside for me to collect. Great customer service and thank you .I will be back.

Very helpful staff that told me exactly what to do with the luck of products that I had experienced in other branches. They resolved my issue and I finally managed to get what I was looking for.

As usual they havnt got but if you'd like something else?. These shops seem to hinder you or I from getting the products we need. Who ever thinks CBD should have 90% cooking oil in it needs the heed tested. CBD is almost black and very sticky. Not clear and runny. Ripp off merchants.

The staff are very helpful and friendly here. I am happy to have a store like Holland and Barrett for more specific health needs than what a basic pharmacy or grocery store offers. I frequent this location often.

I love health shops,especially as I dont care for popping pills just cause I might have the sniffles.This place has EVERYTHING you could possibly need to keep yourself in good health,plus they sell healthy,wholesome food as well.But what made my visit better was the EXTREMELY helpful young woman who was serving.It made my shopping experience even more enjoyable

Not very nice experience with the staff. She got my name wrong when registering me into the membership. Maybe it's the face mask, or maybe because my name is not the most common. Instead she blames me for pronouncing my name wrong. Not so sure what to think about this.
