This store is always so friendly. I just had the store manager Marenza serve me. They were so so lovely and well informed. Really nice when shop workers smile and this shop always has friendly smiley staff. Thank you Marenza and team.

Pretty rude staff, I encounter a bit of prejudice or pre-conception fairly regularly. I run a small construction business so I?ll often be out n about in beat up work clothes, the attitudes I encounter when in said attire vary vastly from when I?m suited and booted for meetings, quotes or just meandering at the weekend... It doesn?t usually bother me, but, the haughty eyeballing then being asked not to handle the vitamins as it looked suspicious! Got to me. Lols, I was tempted to splurge a wad on unnecessary stuff just to prove a point. I ended up leaving without getting anything pretty miserable pair of old worthys. Anyway this review serves as my therapeutic outlet:) I?ll be sticking to the health food shop on Broughton st, they are pleasantly ?unjudgie? and I feel there vitamins are better quality

Friendly staff but I find their prices are exorbitant compared to online. They have a great selection and it's handy if you need something right away. You can order online and collect in store or at least that was the practice during lockdown. I tried to reserve an item and do the same again but I couldn't find the option on the website. I decided I wasn't paying over the odds and £3 postage too. There was no way to check whether an item was available in store either as far as I could see.

Not the most exhaustive haircare selection (only conditioners, no shampoos for certain brands), but the staff member who was there when I was is amazing!!! She gave me lots of (personalised) advice, without trying to sell me a product and even directing me to other shops that might better suit my desires. I don't know your name, but you're great!
