Ordered click and collect, due to lack of delivery option. The store phoned to let me know that they did not have all the order. I explained I was disabled and it took a lot of effort to get there, so I would not be coming to pick up half an order, the sales guy listened to me and heard me out how as a disabled person you lost out if there was not a delivery option. So good service from the store by a pleasant employee. Shame about the inability of Hobbycraft to recognise that not all people have the ability to go out of town to get something. The stars are for the pleasant individual that dealt with a disabled person not getting the same access as the able bodied person

Visited hobbycraft fort kinnaird today to pick up some things I needed for a craft project, was nice to see an improvement in the selection of crafts available, but I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service at the till, the person who served me today didn?t even stop her conversation with the person on the till next to her to say hello, she proceeded to scan my items tell me the cost and go back to her conversation, I had to ask her to scan my hobbycraft card, customer service needs some significant improvement
