Poor customer service. Staff at the till were laughing at customers because of the language barrier. Just do your job instead of asking so many unnecessary questions!
Other staff standing in the middle of shop chatting... They give you digital receipts only to get your email for marketing purpose.

Terrible customer service on Tuesday 18/3/25 at 15:38 from the male sales assistant. I have two items to return which he refused to take them out the brown H&M paper bag, that?s fine no big deal, I had the Apple Pay for the return items and he looked at the receipt and said the Apple Pay card on my phone ended in four different numbers from the paper receipt and he needed the card which ended in the same numbers. I explained the card was correct and it was used to buy the items he refused so I left. I checked with The bank and found out the receipt last four digits on a card is actually the Apple Pay number not the card number so the items he refused should have been returned at the first visit. I then drove back another 30 min and got served from a different member of staff who done the return with no issues and I said the card was correct and the four number on the paper receipt were the Apple Pay and she managed to deal with ease. Think H and M need to brief this staff member to understand the process on a return and how receipts work and not to waste customers time who had to return twice.

Doors and website say open until 8 pm. It is 19:20 And the shop is shut With their normally route staff member ignoring anyone trying to open the door

Rude old lady member of staff , over charged me and then refused to give me the difference they had over charged by , telling me I had to get a refund to my card that takes upto 5 days and pay for the leggins again . Snatched my receipt off me and refused to give it back when I wasn't happy with her service. Rude . Made something really simple so aukward and massively embarrassed herself Infront of the rest of the que , people were shocked at her attitude

There was a lot of people in the queue, but one of the lady from desk poin decided to get bunch of clothes and go somewhere... Second one was dealing with a returning.. spend 15min waiting ... Fun Friday morning

Plenty of stuff in it but won't be back - stood in a queue for over half an hour to be served. I was one of the lucky ones at the front of a very large queue and it still took an iceage to be served for no apparent reason. When we finally did get served we barely got a hello. All 3 tills were manned at one point and despite a huge queue of people a staff member just walked away and said he wasn't serving any longer. The manager just looked on and didn't seem to care that there was a huge queue building up. Didn't rope anyone else in to help. Ridiculous situation and awful experience. Zero customer service. Needs automated tills introduced to speed things up.

There was a really lovely young girl called Lea working at the cash desk when I went to drop of my recycling garments bags who helped me through the whole process and explained everything to me. I had gone back to the store as a previous colleague had scanned my app without asking if I was an H and M member or not, as non members don?t receive the recycling voucher rewards. She corrected this for me and was super kind and understanding and it made my day :) not the biggest fan of how H and M treat their workers and how some staff can be, but she was definitely a credit to the store!

Had a lovely experience today. Was struggling to find a dress and Ava was alone on tills and still offered to go out of her way to find it. I told her it was alright and not to worry as I'd try find it online so she wasn't pulled away from what she needed to do. I didn't manage to find it online as was only available in store so decided I'd just leave it. When I walked up to the tills with the rest of my items, she told me she'd also noticed it was only available online and so she would go find it for me and she went out of her way to find the dress and I managed to leave the store with what I'd gone in for. An absolute gem of an employee, was made to feel so welcome and she was just so kind and wonderful to me. Couldn't be more happy with her customer service.

Been here multiple times, changing room always closed, staff standing chatting on the floor loudly laughing and gossiping about colleagues, staff on till rude and wouldn?t even try to help. Asked to use changing rooms, response was ?no they?re closed so that?s not possible?

Went in for a few baby bits and bobs, vests mostly. A bit pricey but lovely quality, super soft.
