Unhelpful staff. No one was at checkout when I asked she sighed and said use self checkout but it wasn't working. Then when I asked her to price match my item she refused. Even though the sale specifically said it included in-store, and it was out of stock online. I've never had staff not honour the price or be so rude about doing work. Why bother.

I don?t shop here very often, but today?s visit was such a great experience that I felt compelled to leave a review. While the self-checkout was a bit of a hassle, one of the staff members?Annan, I believe?was absolutely fantastic. He helped me out with genuine patience and a smile, never making it feel like I was inconveniencing him. Honestly, if he ever has a vacancy, I?d hire him in a heartbeat. What a gem of a person?he really made my day!

The collect + locker said my parcel wasn?t in the store, so I asked staff. I was silently waved around, followed someone with no explanation, and when I (as instructed) followed a staff member into a stockroom, I got treated like I?d broken into MI5. Maybe next time try using words instead of telepathy.

I am really disappointed. My and my friend decided visit store after long day at work. We spend 25 minutes to choose all clothes. After that we went to changing room. Lady said it was already closed. Store was closing 8 pm and changing room was closed since like 6.40 it's absolutely unacceptable. I understand they would close them 30 minutes before closing time but more than 1 hour before? Absolutely waste of time. I ak wonder if that's store policy or H&M policy . ..

On holiday in Edinburgh so took the opportunity to have a leisurely look around some of the shops I rarely get chance to at home! Went into H&M with fairly low expectations of finding anything . I was pleasantly surprised at the layout of this large store and the choice. I found the perfect pair of black pants for my upcoming cruise holiday but wanted to try a different size to be sure. Natalia was the most helpful assistant I have come across in a long time. She couldn't find the smaller size but offered the same style in a different colour to try and then located the colour at the St James store a couple of minutes away. She also advised I could order on line. Proper customer service which I expect to receive in all stores but rarely do ! Thank you Natalia!

Really poor customer service, been in twice in the last month, children?s department, staff very much task oriented and not interested in any kind of customer service

I found a vase in the clearance section. It didn?t have a price on it so I took it to the till.
It also had a significant damage to it but I knew I could fix it.
Girl at the till didn?t know how to check the price. She found and matching one on the website and gave me the online price. When I asked if there is a further discount because of the damage she said ?WE DONT ACTUALLY NEED TO SELL IT?. I?m trying to give you my money here! Why don?t you want it?? This was the worst customer service I?ve ever had. I left the shop, the vase is probably still there with no price on it.
