I am very impressed. I was actually looking for a specific shirt from a previous collection, but unfortunately it was no longer in stock.So I changed my mind. A very friendly and competent salesperson gave me excellent advice. I initially thought of a shirt with a "regular" cut, but the customer advisor recommended a "slim fit" because Hawes & Curtis cut them loose enough for my body shape.I was advised to try on a sample shirt, which I did.Exemplary service, thank you very much.The price for the shirt purchased was absolutely right. I would shop here again at any time.

I wish to express my total displeasure, regret and disappointment at your services.I placed an order on 01/1/24.I never got a dispatch message or update. I sent a message to yourselves on the 3rd and have not gotten a reply till today. Icalled your customer service on 4th by 16: 15pm and was told my items had been dispatched on the 3/1/24.I expressed my fears of missing my order as I do not live in the UK and will be returning home on the 7th. All I got was apologies.I later received a dispatch message by past 17.30 pm saying the order has JUST been dispatched.Trust royal mail with delays and misinformation on updates. I hoped I would get my parcel by 6th only to see an updated meesage on 7th from royal mail informing me that they had just received my parcel in Edinburgh and will deliver on the 8th,9th.It is very painful that I would have to travel without my parcel and then spend over £200 to cargo My parcel worth £150 to my home address.I do not live in the UK so Imagine if I had no one here in UK to recieve it in my absence and resend to me?While I understand there might be delays due to holidays, you mentioned 3-5 working days for delivery.This is a very bad service and i have never had this kind of horrible experience. I have had other deliveries over the holidays that didnt cost me this much time and effort. This is the last time I would shop with you.

I had a brilliant Christmas shopping experience. The assistant manager, Sati, went above and beyond to accommodate my son?s Christmas gift. All the staff members were amazing and friendly. Highly recommended this store.

Staff are rude and pushy. They treat you like you owe them something. Then made it really hard to process a return.

Sati was very helpful. I had to do some returns just because I decided I wanted non-iron shirts instead. No hassle, sorted me out with what I needed, and also pointed me in the direction of a tailor for some alterations to my new suit. Thanks for all your help!

Initially went into Charles Tyrwhitt where I was completely ignored. Then popped into Hawes & Curtis where I could not have been looked after any better. Tried 3 shirts to ascertain the best size before looking at the different collars / weights of shirt / cufflink options. Extremely happy with my experience (and shirt selection) - I will definitely be back!

Really lovely experience! Buying shirts for sons can be complicated - always a bit of a guess re style and size. But we found the perfect answer - Hawes & Curtis Edinburgh. We received great help from Cameron (I think - red hair and beard?), all in a fun and relaxed way with loads of options and info. When we returned to change the shirt sizes later, not only were we welcomed, but we received first class service. The manager Demi went out of her way to be helpful to us and her style of management obviously sets the scene for a healthy, happy shopping environment. We?ll be back.

I recently had the misfortune of returning a few items in this store. They said that they don't know how to process returns after keeping me waiting for ages. The website clearly states that returns are processed in store and the same cashier was processing returns a week ago when I initially went to collect the items in store from them.They are highly incompetent and unhelpful and would suggest avoiding them . The staff have so much of attitude , you would think you're shopping at some luxury store like Hermes and not a mass market brand. Definitely avoid !

We were looking to buy ties for a wedding and the staff in the shop were extremely helpful and practical advising us to buy online in order to get the ties in time for the wedding. Have had a suit from there too last minute and they turned in tailoring around in 24 hours, a great suit too!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this store, where my shopping experience provided by Funsho was nothing short of exceptional. He created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel valued as a customer. I was guided through various suits and shirts without feeling rushed. Without this staff member's knowledge and experience, I would not have been able to make such a successful purchase. I will certainly return to this store in the future.

Went in to Hawes & Curtis looking for a suit for my Son for a wedding the following day. The team couldn?t have been more helpful especially Satty who gave great advice. We left with a great suit and three shirts. I cannot recommend them and their customer service more highly
