Very poor experience. Dropped of car for simple 10 point check and few other minor checks. They have failed to do that on day it was booked, failed to do that on the day it was rebooked and when finally I took my car away there was no paperwork to prove any checks were done and no apology. If you like to waste your time and be treated like a nuisance, use Halfords Autocentre Seafield Road. Otherwise - avoid!Edit: I did contact them, but they failed to get back to me even though they said they would.

After booking in to get 2 new front tyres , everything went smooth with all the guys , even though they were short staffed . They managed to fit me in , which I did appreciate . From Andrew at reception , grant & dirk . What a great bunch . & the singing & banter with second to none . Thanks again guys . 100% attention from start to finish .Not forgetting the singing . Avoid. Booked and payed for a service and MOT this morning. Took it and for the arranged time to be told they can?t do the service so we said as we had already payed for both we would take it else where and wanted a refund. No refund today, have to wait on customer service calling to arrange it and the staff were cocky and rude!

Avoid at all costs!!Went in for an oil service first thing in the morning, car wasn?t ready until before they closed... That wasn?t even the bad part...Had to leave Edinburgh on a long road trip, was going away for 2 weeks. On the road, my car told me to reduce my oil level.. As the car only reads the oil level digitally, I thought it?s probably just a faulty sensor so ignored it. Few days later, it told me again to reduce my oil level. Checked my oil level manually and yes.. There was too much oil in it. Had to drain just under a pint of oil before it was at an ?okay? level. Absolute cowboys. This could have been so much worse if I hadn?t taken action. Never going back.

Staff was quite rude to the old guy infront of me wasn't nice to see.On too of that I was sold the wrong roof bars and had to come back in rush hour traffic, very frustrating.I get companies are under staffed but show some customer care .

Took my car in for a 20 minute vehicle check which was arranged with Motoreasy as part of my warranty.dropped the car off at 8.15am. I returned at 4.30pm and my car hadnt moved. The reception guy was sheepish and said they had been busy. Too busy to take 20 mins to do a check. Zero apology. Would not use them ever.

The guys are great in here, although it?s a Halfords garage it still feels like a proper local garage. Always able to source and fit us tyres for our Mercedes C43 cheaper and faster than even the main dealer.

Absolute cowboys running this shop. Email says Mot is booked for 8 am and when I go to drop the car in, got told its a full Mot, Not a retest. I will never use this shop ever again. Not sure how these guys are allowed to run these businesses.

Not the best as was not clear on the website that it could take several hours! There were no buses nearby so had to walk quite a way & pass the whole day outside somewhere as too far to go home & cone back!!
