I just bought a ring and necklace for my daughter?s birthday. The assistant Hannah, who helped me, was absolutely fantastic. She was really patient, friendly and so helpful. She really went above and beyond. What a great experience.

Very happy. Very pleasant experience. I think Lynsey was about to go on a break which she postponed in order to serve me which was a considerate thing to do. Nice and cheap, didn?t hurt. Really no issues whatsoever.
Only one thing I noticed: On the black/white staff photos on the wall she looks grumpy. This is absolutely not reflective of her personality. I think she should get her pic taken again. Just sayin?. All good. Peace and love??
