Visited the store on Friday 29 th August. Wanted a replacement wedding ring. One l wanted was sold out. When l enquired whether another store would have one in Edinburgh or would they get more in. I was told to ring myself another store. No offer of help !
I rang Cameron Toll branch lovely lady called Kerry very helpful. Has sourced ring and rang me within an hour. Kerry is the in process of sourcing another width for me to try.

Amanda was very professional. She made sure we understood our responsibility for the after care, but most of all was able to engage with my six year old daughter to help her feel relaxed before the piercing.

Absolutely delighted to have Collected the 3rd Ring of my Wife's set today.
Blyth the Sales Assistant was fantastic on the day we went in to look for the ring to complete the set.
She was polite, helpful and made sure we felt welcomed and looked after us and made the experience even more special.
Today unfortunately she wasn't there to see the set all together however the Sales Assistant today was just a lovely and with my wife being in Hospital this will hopefully raise her spirits and aid to a speedy recovery.
I hope Blyth will be able to see the picture attached and this feedback is passed on.
