Had a lovely experience having my make-up done before a birthday party recently. Had my make-up done by Aislinn who managed to perfectly create the look I wanted and recommended some lovely skincare options that I will definitely be back soon to re-stock up on. Was a fun atmosphere as all the girls clearly enjoy their jobs and get on well, they all wanted a peek at my make-up. Have recommended Aislinn and the other Charlotte Tilbury girls to everyone!

My partner came here to do some Christmas shopping for her family. Yet she came home down and upset, due to how rude and stuck up the staff were. Awful customer service, clearly the staff need to be retrained on the importance of customer service. I would rather set fire to my money then spend a penny here again.

I love Charlotte Tilbury cosmetics and usually buy it at H beauty offline store.Unfortunately I had not the best experience. The girl with curly hair served me. When I asked about the concealer she was struggle to find a right shade for me. Plus when I asked about Black Friday sale she told they have no discounts at all although on the website you can get 20% off.I?m quite disappointed after a purchase like I?ve been scammed:(

Jenna, Jordan and Sophie?s professionalism was exemplary. I visited with my five year old son and my mother. I was so impressed by the manager and product advisors, not only for their knowledge and customer service, but also for acknowledging my son and making him feel valued and visible. As Sophie handled our purchases the manager of skin care (Jenna) sat on the floor listening to my son talk about dinosaurs. Jordan also gave my son a sample of cologne. We had concluded our purchases so I knew this interaction was genuine and not a ploy. I?m not of the demographic that can always afford to make high end purchases - I felt respected, and validated. The service we received has set the bar.
