Excellent customer service, booked my car in yesterday for an MOT. First time using the garage, booked car in after 2 recommendations. Kept informed of all issues and everything explained to me regarding faults and repairs. Great value for money...will definitely use again, friendly and helpful. Also the tram and bus stops are near by which helped me. 5?

First time here with my sons 1st car. Guy at reception was very nice. Explained different service levels, prices, etc. Following a horrible experience from another garage a few months ago, I will be bringing the family car here for future MOTs or work needed. Customer Service really does make a world of difference.

This was my first time trying GSM - I took my car in at short notice, they solved my brakes issue, clearly explained what the problem was and charged a very reasonable price for the repair/labour.
