Bakes, pies and sausage rolls were all lukewarm when purchased at lunch time hours. Expect this to happen near closing hours, not prime lunch time! Skimpflation seems to have hit their steak bakes as well with barely any steak in them. Overall, mediocre experience.

I had a stake bake and latte today. All tasty and warm. The staff were so nice and polite. Unfortunately some tables outside were cover with peoples left overs. I don't know who is responsible at fast foods, people or staff, but I always throw my stuff in the bin.

Place is absolutely disgusting other people?s food all over the tables have to clean by yourself staff are absolutely rude and disrespectful never going back there we asked for them to clean our tables and nothing but backchat and said they don?t get paid to clean outside even tho that?s there environment and it has there signs

I use greggs all the time. This is without a shadow of a doubt consistently the slowest service you'll ever get. They are utterly useless.

Like eating from a bin.
Bins were overflowing and there was food and packaging all over the floor and the tables. It seemed that the eating area had not been cleaned for months. My baguette was stale despite having a sticker that claimed that it had been prepared today.

Took my mates to greggs and they never been to one, i was able to try all the options available, it was always hot which is nice because as you know it's not common to have hot greggs food but this place is pretty busy so the rotation of food selection is great! Anyway yeah it's nice to have options in a food shop.
