Bakes, pies and sausage rolls were all lukewarm when purchased at lunch time hours. Expect this to happen near closing hours, not prime lunch time! Skimpflation seems to have hit their steak bakes as well with barely any steak in them. Overall, mediocre experience.

I had a stake bake and latte today. All tasty and warm. The staff were so nice and polite. Unfortunately some tables outside were cover with peoples left overs. I don't know who is responsible at fast foods, people or staff, but I always throw my stuff in the bin.
