I came here once and experienced a really rude assistant. Thinking it was a one off, I experienced the same guy with the same attitude today. I got the impression he really didn't want to work there. No please or thank you, no customer interaction, no eye contact when I was served my order. I use Greggs all over Scotland and this is by far the poorest.

Service always poor here. Staff unbelievably rude. Never a please or a thank you, but suffer it for the convenience. It's Saturday at 1330 and I've just popped round. Sign on the door CLOSED FOR STAFF BREAK REOPEN 1345. who closes a takeaway food outlet at lunchtime??? ?
