Used this Greggs a few times when I was staying in a local hotel and missed breakfast, was fast service and tasted great.

Hello, I would like to raise a mega concern about one of the staff members. Her name is Tracy. She is very very rude to customers all of the time and has an aura about her that she is far above and better than any of the customers she serves. I was waiting in the queue a couple weeks ago and she was serving a customer that was foreign and most likely a tourist. The customer was taking a little longer than usual to order as language was a slight barrier but with good customer service u should be patient if possible help the customer. Instead Tracy was pulling faces at customers behind her as if to sort of ridicule this person and was being very passive aggressive whilst communicating with her. This morning Tracy served me and instantly started being rude. Instead of asking me what I would like she stared at me with an angry face as if I wasn?t going quick enough. I asked for a breakfast baguette with a regular caramel latte. I got 3 items in the baguette which would cancel out the £3.95 deal and make it £5 and this I questioned her with as I didn?t know that was the case. Instead of being understanding that this was an easy mistake to make, she looked at her colleague in disgust as if that is something that is obvious to then aggressively tell me that I should know this and if I could read I would know. I asked her why she was so angry and she completely ignored me. To be fully honest this has in a way ruined my morning. Greggs should be a place where good customer service is guaranteed as it is a busy place with good food but this one staff member makes it impossible with her attitude and the way she speaks and treats customers.

Every staff is nice and kind in West Maitland Greggs ( near Haymarket) except Tracy who is middle age. She is very rude and blaming for customer. Rush to take order is good but not get right order, also want to teach customer ?manner?. Hope she doesn?t work too hrad and be nice and kind to customers

Terrible customer service like I see in so many reviews been here so many times the last time not sure of that womens name she charged me for everything and asking her this was not the cake I asked for and changed it but told me there's was a price difference I sead what of 5 p she gave me the item and I walked out and for the 3 rd time it was still wrong else she didn't care about the customers or her English is not good enough to be working in customer service jobs I am sure there are many good hard working staff and great customer service as I have experienced that in many other Greggs not sure why this location has bad customers serves there seems to be enough reviews all says how bad it is I have not been back since this experience i had great customer service at the fort retail park location and very nice shop good environment maby other Greggs location could learn something.

Terrible customer service skills. Got my order wrong, huffed when I told her slammed the food on the counter and took 10 mins to get my coffee. Normally love a greggs but avoid this one!

Used the same tongs to handle both bacon and the omelette (not great when the omelette is for a vegetarian), held the omelette baguette in the same hand he opened the bin with to throw rubbish away. Didn't wear gloves. Gross. Baguette went in the bin.
