Every staff is nice and kind in West Maitland Greggs ( near Haymarket) except Tracy who is middle age. She is very rude and blaming for customer. Rush to take order is good but not get right order, also want to teach customer “manner”. Hope she doesn’t work too hrad and be nice and kind to customers
