Mostly the staff in Greggs are always pleasant/smiley but some of the staff in the Lothian Road shop in Edinburgh obviously missed the ?training? on smiling / being pleasant to customers regardless of what is bought ?.she may have been having a bad day but was thoroughly miserable and thoroughly unpleasant to boot?hence this post ?as ever the items purchased were fab !

Visited on Saturday morning after a stag event to get some breakfast. Had to wait a few minutes as the sausage wasn't ready. Lady serving was very helpful and efficient and kept other customers informed about what she was doing when she made up the rolls.

I just wanted to share my fantastic experience at the North Berwick Greggs on the 17th February around lunchtime. I was served by a very polite young man called Oliver and the chicken bakes were top quality. Highly recommend
