Great experience. Served by the lovely friendly and smiling lady Lorna. I was a bit disappointed to find that the chicken bakes were sold out. They appeared to be a favourite on customer reviews and, myself and family were looking forward to trying them. She was very apologetic but it wasn't her fault. Happy to buy sausage rolls and caramel buns, which we all enjoyed. See you again Lorna. ?

I?ve been going to greggs all over Scotland for most of my life and this was without doubt the worst one I?ve ever been in.
First off the last 3 times I?ve been in they?ve not had any chicken bakes , which I suppose if they are busy then fair enough but today I walked up and asked , any chicken bakes left , answer was no , I asked will there be any ready soon ?. To which to mean just stared at me so I repeated myself , sorry I was asking if you will have any ready soon to which her answer was ?.. we don?t have any . No sorry sir or nice interaction
I?m not sure expecting 5 star service but can you please explain to your staff that a tiny tiny tiny bit of customer service is needed sometimes , I?ve been eating in Greggs for over 30 years and this was the worst one I?ve ever been in.
Avoid , plenty other lovely wee places on the same street

The drinks machine has been broken for over a week. No latte's , flat whites etc. Not great business practice with so many alternatives about in the local area, as I have found out.

Shocking treatment today, rude staff. Initially refused to get hot water to a mom to feed her baby. Elderly lady complained to me about how she felt intimidated by staff. Will not support store ever again.
