Waited an hour for food then they cancelled

This is the worst Greggs store in Edinburgh. They rarely ever have any food ready and whatever IS ready is cold regardless of what time of day you visit. I've tried every day this week and only once seen a single steak beak for sale and it was cold and had gravy spilled everywhere. Their "hot n ready to eat" section is maybe 1 ham and cheese and 1 chicken baguette.
Half stocked fridge.
Honestly pitiful that they have kept the Greggs licence when they clearly don't care about keeping stock levels at a reasonable place.
Staff are fine, just dont expect to get the food you want and if you somehow do manage to then dont expect it to be even luke-warm.

Went in today for a vegan roll and a coffee. Absolutely delighted with a very friendly and funny staff member called Sean.

Was served by someone very junior but lovely guy. Was not asked if we wanted to sit in or take away. Suddenly an older lady approached us saying we needed to say if we were sitting in because they charge extra. The chicken bakes I got were cold, did not touch the second one but was told it can?t be swapped for a warmer one or heated up. Any other greggs I?ve been to tell you if the bakes are fresh or not. I wouldn?t have bothered getting two bakes if I knew they were freezing ? To the point they shouldn?t of still been sitting out

Staff rude,food and change often wrong. Refuse to put on scotch pies for an entire day. THREE TIMES IN ONE MONTH NOW. NO POINT WALKING TO THIS GREGGS THEY DONT CARE AND SIMPLY REFUSED TO HEAT UP SCOTCH PIES (IN SCOTLAND) AT 8AM. MULTIPLE TIMES. WAS ASSURED WOULDNT HAPPEN AGAIN AND ITS Happened TWICE MORE SINCE .
