pretty poor service... sandwiches etc sold out most of the time or not prepared 'yet'... at 9am... their coffee machines (both!) have now been out of order for over a week and still not fixed/replaced which means you cant get a hot drink there...

Not sure how to thank a specific staff member but Hisham served us yesterday and was lovely! Was very kind and helpful towards me and my slightly tipsy friends, made sure I didn't forget my things. Lovely guy!

Poor service in here a lot of the time. Never enough people serving, so you wait ages in a queue for terrible service, you can see the remnants of breakfast all over the serving area @11.45 when breakfast is over (not good) and they struggle to get orders out because the work areas are dirty and the team serving are frustrated they're not getting help, or they get lost and you have to remind them what you ordered too get your food correctly. It's a shame because the food is always good.

There's a young girl who works in here and her attitude towards the customers is terrible.. she shouldn't be working here if she can't talk to the customers in a nice way.. she's got a really bad attitude problem no need for it.. that's the only thing i don't like about this greggs!!!!

I come here frequently in the mornings before work, and I must say that their timing is absolutely abysmal. They may have a queue out the door, and there will still be only one person behind the counter. I eat here before catching my bus at Surgeon's Hall. On some occasions, I have missed my bus due to the long waits here. On others, I have simply had to leave the queue with no breakfast. This is a seriously frustrating issue with a very simple solution. Despite this, I have seen little to no improvement.

This is the worst shop I've been too,don't understand how it's got gd reviews!!!I feel the stuff must be doing the reviews,never hot food staff so rude shop very dirty & one member of staff severing when it's at its peak.ive watch customer walk out cause it takes so long too get severed!!it's a shame too cause the shop just been all done up with the best stuff & it's wasted cause the staff can't b bothered.

One of the best places to grab nice coffee and quick meals or snacks in the city centre, this branch is only take away, located around the city centres and main interests.

Since the renovation, the quality is terrible. Food is always cold, never had anything hot from here, and that's going at different times regularly. The staff need more training as their attitudes and numeracy are as short as each other. Very disappointed with the service and the food.
