I came here on halloween 2024 while i was on holiday in Edinburgh before I went to the airport. I got 4 glazed yum yum, 4 sausage rolls, 2 baps, and a coffee. Nigel, the man serving us, exceeding my expectations. I couldn't ask for anymore from Nigel today.

Disgusting attitude from one of the female workers, no level of customer service or basic manners, ordered rudely to leave the shop after waiting patiently in the queue, will not be coming back here again!, I would kindly urge the lady in question to re evaluate where she?s heading in life, as I don?t think she will get very far in life with that stinking attitude! (Especially towards customers!) would give zero stars if possible!

We went into this Greggs branch for breakfast, we were greeted by a nice gentleman who served us our coffee, we stood by the sugar bay as we put in our sugar and two of us stood at the queue again to order donuts, that?s when the manager came in and yelled at us to leave the store. We told her repeatedly that we are in the queue to order donuts and she said to wait outside as there is no space in the store, even though the people in front have already ordered. She was very disrespectful even though we were being calm and understanding. We left the store without our desserts because we did not feel comfortable being there any longer, out right rude and no customer care at all by the manager. Do not come here if you just want a chill morning. Disgusting behaviour by the manager at this Gregg?s branch- won?t ever come back again!

It is weird to say that, only in this store when ever I try to get sausage rolls for kids n ask the guy to pack it individual, as it for individual kids its easy for them to eat, its always been issue with this guy, may be it is time consuming for him to rap individual?
Never had any issue with any of the other Gregg?s store any where apart from this Individual Greeg?s store of Elm row.

Utter garbage food, cold, beige and tasteless. Got to head home, heat up your oven and bring the bits of food back to life just to semi enjoy it, so even more expensive than you think when you?re purchasing. A bakery that doesn?t even do fresh morning rolls should be avoided. I?d say replace every Greggs with a Bayne?s. Everyone one agrees :) ?
