Never once had a warm pastry from this place and always 1 or 2 sandwiches left by lunch time. One of the staff members told me I couldn?t even get a regular baguette heated up if I wanted a drink with it which makes zero sense. Awful.

We ordered tandoori chicken bougette and they gived us chargrill chicken cold sandwich. It was awful. And then to have have something hot, we ordered a hot apple and cinnamon porridge.But then they said they don't have a spoon so how are we supposed to eat the hot porridge while sit-in?! Very dis gracefull behaviour from the lady in the store. The guy at the till, Ryan was soft spoken but the lady, seems like manager was arrogant!!!This was never expected from Greggs!!

Worst Gregg's service you will ever get. A queue of 5/6 people regularly takes 15minutes +Not sure who's bright idea it was to offer speciality coffees in the morning, more people in the line to get a free coffee on the app than there is at Starbucks, easily 5 minute orders.4th or 5th times I've had to walk out after waiting close to 20mins. Pointless.

Good service, very attentive and collaborative people, impeccable cleanliness, well, at the moment they are improving the construction of new spaces, there are three Greggs that Stan is fixing, one is in wawerly mail and the other in south bridge, so wait for them to finish fix, there are other alternatives
