Lady serving solo at the till today (Thurs 16th Jan between hours of 4-5pm) was the epitome of excellent customer service. Helped different dietary needs & advertised the meal deals available which was very helpful as sometimes as a customer we don?t know the best deals. Unfortunately no cold sandwiches left given the time but she very kindly offered to make me one to be ready in 5 mins if I decided on it. Amazing! Not a 5 star only bc it really is a small store with no seating etc.

Don't bother coming if there's more than 3 people in the shop.
They are Ill equipped to handle and guaranteed to miss steps or items if you ask for anything other than a sausage roll.
Greg's is still class though. No hate there.

I?m a regular customer at this store, and unfortunately, each time Cynthia (Manager) is on the till, my experience is unpleasant. She consistently behaves rudely, acting as if I?m inconveniencing her or even as though I'm getting items for free. There?s no politeness, no smile?just an attitude that is frankly unwelcoming. This has happened multiple times, and each time, it affects my entire day.
Additionally, I?ve witnessed her speaking harshly to other staff members, even in front of customers. It?s uncomfortable and embarrassing to see her belittle them publicly. Early mornings should be a positive experience, yet my mood is frequently ruined by this behavior. The environment would greatly improve with a focus on courtesy and professionalism, especially from a manager.

Wonderful food for a great price like all Greggs. This one gets busy though so good to get there early. Nowhere to sit so just takeaway.

The lady who served me today(Joyce)had the best customer service I have ever experienced in Greggs ,not only is she super friendly and funny but she is also super helpful ! I would recommend this

Showed up at 6:20 and there was no bakery items besides donuts? The lady said that Sausage Rolls alone wouldn?t be done until about 6:40. Why not open at 7 if the food won?t be ready until then?

One of the best places to grab nice coffee and quick meals or snacks in the city centre, this branch is only take away, located around the city centres and main interests.
