Always only one on the counter. She is lovely however to have queues out of the door every morning I have went in is unacceptable when there is other staff around. Sometimes just standing talking whilst the girl is running like a yoyo trying to serve eveyone

Staff member forgot to give me a bacon roll until another staff member asked if she gave me it. Stingy with the brown sauce also got home to find out this same member of staff never gave me my Latte. Worst Greggs in Edinburgh.

We visited Greggs whilst away on holiday. I normally love Greggs and the food was fine. The tables were all dirty and the ladies toilet was awful.
