Not sure what's going on with the click and collect at this franchise, but every time I've tried it they've got the order wrong or flat out forgot to pack half the ordered items.
This isn't helped by the fact the app has no convenient way to request a refund, meaning every messed up order is money down the drain.
Obviously time I learn from my mistake and stop ordering from here, suggest others do the same.

Popped into Greggs for my lunch today and was served by John. He was so friendly and really went out of his way to make our experience super easy and smooth. You have yourself a great worker- pay rise I say!

Very busy. Only ever 1 person serving and 1 doing online orders. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee. Greggs used to be amazing even though it was expensive. Now you can't get in the shop for the cue of people coming out of it. They need more staff seving customers. Online orders should NOT have priority. Absolutely shocking service. Takes far too long to order. Every single greggs is the same. I'm giving up with no coffee. Be quicker nipping home! Make sure you have extra time before visiting any greggs. Most of the time, when you do get to the front, they do not have what you want left, haha.

I have been using the store for eight years and I have seen many changes in the store. I would like to thank all of the staff for the first class service to me and my wife staff are very friendly and approachable and take their time to care for all customers And do their best and some very difficult circumstances. I have a putting that aside I would like to I would like to thank all of the staff Mark Christine, Lynn, Dawn Carol I will miss you all when I move, I wish all the very best in the future and keep up the hard work

The wedges were ok. The Margherita pizza could be described as a soft square of garlic bread, covered with a ketchup-like base and dry melted cheese. Way too sweet and garlicy.

Absolutely shocked and disgusted by the way I was spoken to by Christine, also wouldn?t accept my £50 note as apparently they have never taken them?It?s a legal tender so how can you refuse?Certainly won?t be returning as a customer

Deffo not open at 8am on a Sunday! Website says 8am but someone needs to update it. I'm here at 8.20 on the 17/9/23 and its closed.On a lighter note, food is good and the staff are friendly.

Avoid being served by Lynn at all costs unless your happy to just accept what she decides to give you!!! Been getting the same dam roll every morning for years now and each bloody time she serves, I get whatever she decides to give!!! Now been left with no option bit to refuse being served by this woman since she can't understand plain English!!!
