Anger Problems
Most hostile Gregg's staff I have ever encountered. While leaving the store the employees began loudly verbally berating me for taking "too long" to choose what to purchase (7 seconds, and no one else was in the store...), all while I was still within earshot. From the other reviews on here I can see as well that this type of behavior isn't an isolated incident.
If one of the simplest point-of-sale social interactions with another human is enough to send you into a rage-induced temper tantrum, you should strongly consider a different line of work.

Use greggs alot for sandwich platters however local store (dmains) been closed few times so went to boswall Parkway store

What a carry on then was verbally absied by staff memeber shouted at and told to leave store
They had to close store early due to staffing issues and feel i got the brunt off this
Very upset and disappointed at way was treated and will NOT use again EVER

I stay in the building where Greggs is on the ground floor. It is not big but new and spacious enough to enjoy your hot drink with pasty. Handy for people who needs a snack on the go.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access

We visited Greggs whilst away on holiday. I normally love Greggs and the food was fine. The tables were all dirty and the ladies toilet was awful.
