Hello, today we went to have lunch at dgk with office colleague at their lothian road outlet, we order of their doner box with flaming fries. Team provided both orders without flaming fries but normal fries. When we went to reception/counter with this they provided us with the flaming fries spice to be sprinkled on the fries by ourselves !
Jesus are they living in 2025 ? Such a pathetic customer service.

Horrible experience. Guy behind counter refused to serve me telling me to order on the monitor.

Very slow. I have ordered from home and drive there to pick from store but it was not ready.I have ordered meal deal for two, one wrap and kebab but it takes likely 30 min to prepare.
It seems like not white sauce in my wrap and doner.

Non existent customer service. Kept waiting to be served. Full ignore , no acknowledgement whatsoever. Turned the back on me and carried on with other stuff. Not the first time either , the place went downhill a while back.
