Went in for an MOT, the guys had to replace my front suspension. I didn't know that they wouldn't align the wheels afterwards and no one told me at the garage, so needed two new tires soon after

Took my van in here last year said it was the pulley turned out it was the alternator. Van was off the road for about 3 weeks, it had a warranty and it took the garage about a week to fill out the garages address and vat number that was all that was needed..eventually fitted a new alternator but my van left with a grinding noise when turning the steering wheel sharply. I took it back said they weren't in the engine, Took it to another garage their was a tube that had been taking off and twisted so everytime I reversed it was getting stuck..still denied they were in the engine until I told them a black and blue tool that looked like something out a dentist had been found inside my engine..eventually admitted that was theirs but still they weren't in my engine. Nothing but a nightmare for me, I've waited this long to review as that is my warranty ran out since they fitted. I'll not be back anyway.

I have yet to use these guys and will update the review when I do. But so far they've been really helpful over the phone, working to squeeze me in for a last minute MOT despite being super busy. I decided in the end to extend my warranty and not rush to get the MOT done, but appreciate their efforts so far!
