I bought my girlfriend?s engagement ring from here and from start to finish Brodie helped me with knowledge and professionalism. After giving my now fiancée her engagement ring we realised it was two sizes large, we had a small window in order to get it either re sized or exchanged and my fiancée did not want to leave Edinburgh without it . After speaking to Brodie we had her new engagement ring placed on her finger perfectly within 18 hours of visiting the store, again making her so happy. I would recommend this jewels to everyone. Brodie sorted out a big problem and went above and beyond. I will be coming here again for the wedding bands. Many many thanks from a relived fiancé.

I recently lost my engagement ring and had a tough time dealing with my house insurance to get a replacement organised. Emma the manager at the Fraser Hart store in Edinburgh went above and beyond to help me to quickly source a replacement of my original ring. She was very understanding and supportive during quite an emotional time and her kindness meant so much. I would highly recommend Emma and her team. Thanks again for everything!

I visited Fraser Hart Edinburgh to buy myself a Tag Heuer watch for my 55th.From the outset the staff were fantastic and in particular Brodie who sold me the watch.Sadly the watch was faulty these things happen, a new one was sent out but another issue had arisen with the second one.But I'll take my hat off to Brodie and Denise they went beyond expectations to sort this issue out.The kind gestures and a perfect Tag Heuer arrived this morning and they have done themselves proud and turned it around immaculately!!I can't thank you enough and I will call in again soon to say hi.The experience did not put me off going again.Well done you deserve the recognition ???

I purchased my Tudor BB GMT from Fraser Hart, the sales service was excellent and Brodie was a brilliant salesman. Very easy to talk with and extremely accommodating when asking to see different models of the Tudor line up. Highly recommend!

Had a really positive experience when purchasing my wife's engagement ring and then our wedding rings a few years ago. On two occasions, one of the sapphires has actually come loose and fallen out of her engagement ring when luckily we've been able find the stones. The first time they fixed it no problem but it was sad that this time round they've been quite unhelpful. My wife's wedding ring has also lost all of it's plating to the point where the shop assistant assumed it was yellow gold... despite it being replated once already. When my wife questioned the quality of the ring, the shop assistant just shrugged and said "yeah...". Really odd customer service and I'd be wary of the quality of the rings from FH - they certainly were not cheap and it's disappointing that the after-sale service is so poor.
