The stuff is super friendly and helpful. We even got some recommendations for sightseeing in Edinburgh! Happy we found a good pair of shoes here.

Literally never answer their phone. Called over a dozen times on numerous occasions and no one had ever picked up. Terrible shoe selection too. They used to get exclusive drops, now you?re just another JD sports

These kids are rude!!! They should learn some manners, forget customer service. I was told I was rude because I was receiving an answer to a different question than the one I asked, FOR THREE TIMES, and after the third time, I had a moment of eye rolling...are you kidding? This has never happened to me anywhere else in the wolrd...unbelievable.
BTW, I see from other comments, it's a trend. I guess they only get entitled kids or do it on purpose cause it's a facade.

Their Manager is wonderful, he assisted us even when we arrived late, he was super friendly and sold us some shoes.

Bought a pair of Timbaland trainers out of here- fell apart after 8 weeks of wearing. Terrible quality and not fit for purpose.

Twice I have been in this shop and Twice I have to ask for to look at the kids section there was 2 staff in just standing talking and told me to come back in a hour as there was not enough staff.? no eye contact with customers all staff need trained in customer service standards very disappointing will not be back.

The big older guy with the neck tattoo is such a helpful man,as well as surprising friendly ,also very handsome,he showed me all the adidas sambas and helped me get the right size,think his name was Neil,great guy despite his thuggish looks xx

Disappointingly bad experience.The staff were disinterested and inexperienced.Someone, who seemed to be a manager, appeared annoyed that I was there and snapped "What do you want?" when I approached the counter for help (despite it being the middle of the day and there being 3 staff, all in the back, and only 1 other customer in the shop).Another employee, who was nice but new, was dispatched to help me but they kept trying to suggest everything other than the specific types of trainers I had asked for (that I mentioned at least 5 or 6 times and that they had on display); they kept telling me I didn't want that type or brand, and suggesting other options that were not at all what I was looking for. Budget wasn't a consideration, I just wanted to buy a specific type of trainer and they had it on display so it was a confusing and frustrating experience.I left and went to JD Sports instead, they sorted me out immediately.

Not a massive shop, but sometimes has interesting offers. You can normally find the latest launches, but I feel there is not too much variety.

The rudest, most ignorant and unhelpful staff I?ve ever encountered. First time I?ve been in a Foot Locker store for years, never again.We went to get my son some trainers for his birthday but soon walked out and spent over £200 at a rival store. Absolutely useless staff who are either completely ignorant or completely untrained. Never again.
