This is me going to Five Guys after many years This is a good one. There was a small queue, then we ordered. There are many toppings you can select from. We ordered two cheeseburgers with bacon, they were very tasty. We had to pay for drinks and fries separately. I liked the burger, the bacon was too dry and crispy for me but my pal liked it. The fries were so tasty for me, but my pal expected chunky chips. The amount of fries they gave us was very generous, besides the cup, the bag was full. Heinz mayo and ketchup, amazing. It was a cold Jan day, and the shop was also cold for us. The staff were very nice. We also noticed the chefs were working so hard. We paid 3 times more than McDonald's, but we were eating on aluminum foil. I don't know if we had to ask for sitting in order or that's it!

we had an issue with our order, staff were quick to sort and make a new burger with no problem! great service deserve a raise!

Came in with my teenage daughter tonight (Sunday). My first time. I will return due to the excellent service from Chris. He happily explained this and that. He was working hard, as were all the team. He was cheerful and professional and cheered me up. Food was tasty too.

Oh my words. The milkshakes are to die for. As many add ins as you like. The burgers are the same, any amount of toppings. Well up to 15 but that's just crazy. The fries, let's talk fries, you get loads, so much it's wasteful hence 4 stars but we did order medium for 2 people and struggled eating even half of them

Less extras than usual. What?s the point of five guys if they?re stingy with their extras? Chips were a bit more overdone and drier than usual too.

If you?re coming to pick up your order don?t bother. Twice I?ve ordered online for pick up and twice it?s disappeared. Even after notifying staff of my arrival to collect, seeing the ticket placed in line, it?s gone. This lot couldn?t organise a piss up in a brewery. Best to order in shop or through one of the delivery companies they love to prioritise.

Me and my boyfriend went into this five guys and we were served by Chris, we were very pleased with our experience with Chris. He?s very professional and very friendly and has the best positive vibes.
