Office help is non existent. I asked repeatedly for a copy of the wire transfer from their bank to my bank so that I could track it and verify the information. Absolutely hopeless. Stringing my friend from Texas along for weeks when they obviously had another client for a long term let. Not trustable. Very disappointing.
