Van was taken in for diagnostic check. They seem to conveniently forget to tell you this is £160. Business absolutely has a cost, but their pricing and transparency seems shady at best. However they seemed more interested in wasting time going from end to end to quote ludicrous prices for things we didn't even ask about - quoting £400 per tyre on a cheap work van, that should cost £60-150. Proved the rest of their pricing was crazy and got out before wasting any more money.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, car came in appalling condition, paint work mismatch, scratches on car, chips in windscreen etc. Branch manager useless and so are their customer service team. Avoid purchasing anything from Arnold Clark, nothing comes with service history either.

Still the worst ever customer service. When we bought our car was evans halshaw, the worst ever car purchase experience. Now in for a service, although my appointment was booked weeks ago, only half an hour after car drop off did they bother to call me to say they have been taken over by arnold clark and my service plan is not valid here. Honestly, everyone just avoid this place. They only cause hassle and endless trips back and forth.

So poor. I?m disgusted in this branch. I recently purchased a car from them to be delivered to a branch more local to me, I received the electric car firstly with no charging leads, the condition was appalling, I had paid the extra for interior and exterior protection which had not been done. I?ve owned the car a week and a half and it?s been in the garage 6 times. Getting a new car is supposed to be a lovely exciting experience however it has been so disappointing.

Unfortunately can't give 0 stars on here. Brought the car in for a warranty repair via Cinch. I was told that they would contact Cinch to let them know what the problem was and what the repair would be. Cinch haven't heard from them after 4 weeks and despite several calls and being told they'll call me back it never happens (that's if I can ever get though to anyone, which is rare). Rubbish customer service.

They called me for test drive and when I was almost there, I was told they don't have keys but because I was already there they lured me into making a deposit for reserving the car for 48 hours. 2 weeks later; the keys are still no where to be found and they don't even want to refund the money even after repeated calls . This seems to be another revenue stream for them. Will never ever visit this place nor do I recommend.

Reserved a car. Came through to see it. Wasn?t there - apparently in the body shop. Awaiting phone call from manager with an update but got nothing. Called the shop. They had sold it ??

Awful experience. It takes ages to get through to them on the phone. When I do, they always need to check something and promise to call back but they never do.
