Van was taken in for diagnostic check. They seem to conveniently forget to tell you this is £160. Business absolutely has a cost, but their pricing and transparency seems shady at best. However they seemed more interested in wasting time going from end to end to quote ludicrous prices for things we didn't even ask...

AVOID AVOID AVOID, car came in appalling condition, paint work mismatch, scratches on car, chips in windscreen etc. Branch manager useless and so are their customer service team. Avoid purchasing anything from Arnold Clark, nothing comes with service history either.
