Well if you want to purchase a used car avoid this place. Customer service non existent. We dealt with Ross who was very petulant did not return our calls. Just need to read all the negative reviews and you will realise this place and pendragon have a major customer problem. Even customer service do not return your call . I think some salesmen need to turn up at work with a pair of men?s trousers on as they are supposed to deal with real people. Not all Evans Halshaw garages are like this one. But I would never use this one again or recommend it to anyone. All the people who write negative reviews paid a lot of money for their cars to get bad customer service. This garage forgets it is the customer who really keeps them in a job . Lots of companies would have a massive clearance in this place. Just avoid and spend your money in a place that gives you respect. Customer service keeps saying sorry for a bad service. WELL FIX YOUR PROBLEM.
