I experienced a significant delay in service despite the presence of two employees. My wait was extended because a customer ahead of me required an unusually long time to resolve her issue, and during this period, it seemed as though I was not noticed by your staff. They appeared to show little urgency in attending to my need for an online cash collection. Given the poor level of service I received, I am compelled to seek alternative providers for foreign currency transactions in the future.

Collected money for holiday. Fast and efficient as always. Also using g the Western Union facilities for sending money abroad is a quiet and safe method.

I have used this branch on many occasions and have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Sandra served me today, she explained the exchange rates they had that day, I picked the deal that suited me and she gave me all different currency amounts which is often a problem when you arrive at your destination. She counted it all out, put it in the envelope (as they all do) and wished me and my husband a lovely holiday.People like Sandra make the difference when you are buying something.

I was picking up currency & on my arrival the counter staff were busy but Sandra took the time to greet me and explained would be with me soon, which impressed me. Sandra enquired about my motorcycle trip and wished me a safe journey. She was very polite and friendly & I felt like a valued customer. Very happy with the service from ordering online to collecting. Will definitely use Eurochange at The Gyle again
