Ellis brilliant staff member EE fort kinnaird. Contract finished. Wanted new number and SIM only deal. Couldn't have helped any better than he did. Every option was explained before deciding what I wanted to do. Had phones for over 22 years. That was by far the best customer service I received

It has been more than 4 days without wifi and it is difficult to reach them by phone. Thier boot said everything is Ok while not!!

Joined ee last week, taking contracts for both broadband and mobile.
Called today to add a sim and eSIM for my son. I?ve been told this is impossible.
As I?m a new customer my right to complain is less than that of a customer of an extended period.
Use another provider!
