Farrow and Ball Customer Service did not take responsibility for example images they used on their website to guide the hanging of their Wisteria wallpaper.Their hanging instructions refer users to their website for guidance on hanging which included images of the Wisteria wallpaper hung upside-down.When we pointed this out, they removed the upside-down images from the site but have refused to provide replacement rolls, or even discounted rolls, so we can have properly hung wallpaper.We have tried multiple times to reach an amicable resolution but F&B are unwilling to provide reasonable customer service or take responsibility.Anyone who has had problems with the Wisteria wallpaper should continue to add to this thread.

Lovely selection of home wear. I took home a beautiful walnut wood coffee spoon. Also, there is a gorgeous little shop dog (probably asleep)
