The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, with no questions being unanswered. This makes the whole process so much easier throughout. There is a great selection of floorings for all budgets and room locations. Parking is very handy and accessible, and assistance to load the vehicle openly offered.

I rate these guys. Staff are helpful, accessible and often able to price match or offer discounts. They have done multiple carpets and floors for us and it?s always been decent quality workmanship. They?ve been patient when I?ve had to go back to them for support with troubleshooting (not to do with any issues caused by their fitters but by poor building work). They are my go-to for flooring and they have a good range of end roll, budget and higher quality options.

This has got to be one of the best carpet shops in Edinburgh! I was totally impressed by the variety of their carpet, vinyl, and laminate, and their almost limitless patience when explaining things, they even accommodated and facilitated a last-minute change of choice. The warehouse is massive, with a considerable amount of products in stock. Colin, in particular, definitely deserves a raise,); and although the rep. from the fittings dept. who answered the phone when I, unsuccessfully, tried to reschedule for a weekend fitting could've been a bit more polite; and the carpet fitters could've vacuumed the job after, to remove the tiny fragments which were a nightmare to remove with a regular home vacuum; the experience, was nevertheless, excellent, overall. I can only say, keep up the good work.

This company was amazing, they have varieties of high quality carpets for an affordable price. The sales team was very help and patient during the process of selecting my carpets. Delivery and fitting was earlier than expected. I recommend the flooring company.

Zero Customer Service. They hire Sub Contractors to do fitting. Some of them are bunch of Un-Professional Phycopaths who can go into rage and start throwing tools into your house. Team at the company will not take responsibility of fitters. They will leave the customer to deal with fitters. Its your luck what kind of fitter you will get in the end. Selling stuff at high price, check other dealers too. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST...

I gave this company another chance after some poor customer service previously - I had seen some flooring I liked, so how bad could they be?- we constantly had to chase them to even get the flooring purchased in the first place.- once purchased and a date set for a fitter, the fitter didn't show up on the date agreed.- a new date was agreed for the fitter, who to be fair did fit the floor this time. However he left some parts unfinished as he was clearly rushing away at the end of the day.- we called to ask when the fitter could come back to finish the job - we were told they would get back to us.- a couple of weeks passed with no contact - we had to chase them and were told they had no record of the problem. They booked the fitter to come back.- the fitter once more did not show up on the date agreed.- another date was agreed and the fitter arrived - did a poor job of finishing (we now have 6 nail holes in a 3ft piece of trim, and a poorly fitted carpet where the stairs meet). He also chipped our new flooring in the process.Wouldn't recommend at all, and given our experience I would actively discourage others from using them too.
