Great place, friendly staff, amazing food, very generous portions and delicious. I had the Panang curry with duck and coconut rice (see picture) - best Panang curry I've had! There are also great vegetarian options, and the staff patiently explained which were also suitable for vegans (one of our group is vegan). Would go again!

We scoured Edinburgh for a hidden gem, as we looked at the menu outside a man told us it was the best Thai food he had ever had. That sold the deal for us and Wow. Absolutely amazing food, me and my partner got the sharing menu for 2 and the selection was stunning, the staff made recommendations for the sauces, were all extremely polite and very attentive, filling water glasses and checking the food was good. It was so filling we couldn?t finish the mains despite our best efforts. Didn?t take photographs as was too busy stuffing our faces. 10/10 would recommend! Only slightly put down the atmosphere as the table we had was near the bar and door which was a tiny bit noisy but didn?t affect our meal that much to stop us wanting to visit again! Also fantastic value for money which I know is a huge selling point.

Some of the best Thai food I?ve had outside Thailand and one of the best meals I?ve ever had. I had the Tom Kha, lamb massaman, and the Ebony + ivory for dessert. All were amazing. Service and workers were very attentive and kind as well.

my dad and i really enjoyed dusit during our time in edinburgh. frankly we liked most places we ate on thistle st! i had one of the curries with rice and would gladly have it again, just a wonderful amount of spice!
