Superb service from Neil, thankyou. I brought in a very old doorlock where the keyholes were misaligned. Neil dismantled the lock corrected the problem and then cut a rather impressive key. Very good value and Neil kept to the estimate in spite of spending extra time on it. Hedley

Duncan McLaren provided us with a very prompt and efficient service, at a very fair cost, when our locks became inoperable. I was particularly impressed with the fact that the locksmith worked hard to try and avoid changing our locks before offering the least disruptive solution. The difference has been incredible. Just wish we hadn't waited so long to replace them!

Fantastic customer service.Neil at McLaren's was superb in fashioning a key to fit a 30 year old Scandinavian lock. The unsatisfactory alternative would have been to replace the full lock mechanism but that was't needed.I've been a McLaren's customer on and off for over 20 years and would thoroughly recommend them. Came out same day to replace a lock that was proving difficult to use due to bilateral wrist injuries. Not aware of going rates for locksmiths but seemed fair for the time spent and good customer service.
