“We dropped off a small bag of laundry here while visiting. Initially, there was some confusion around high pricing due to a temporary worker's mistake. Thankfully, Mags was there when we picked up the laundry, and she made everything right. For knowledge, they charge £27.50 for a bag of wash and fold laundry. £50 for 2 bags. Our clothes were cleaned well, and we really enjoyed talking with Mags!”

“I wanted to say a huge thank you to Catherine as I recently bought some beautiful white reiss trousers which someone accidentally knocked a coffee over. I thought they were ruined but Catherine worked tirelessly on them and managed to get the stain out for me which saved me buying another pair.The staff were fantastic keeping me updated along the way. It wouldn’t dry clean out so they eventually had to wash them (they were ruined if not so I took the risk) and the stain came out .
