The widely advertised Collection Perfection deal involves paying 7.99 pounds for a medium pizza. We were using it multiple times in the past in this very branch and, since we're vegans, it was always for the plant-based pizzas. However, today, the staff refused to apply the deal to any vegan pizzas, stating that it only applies to 'normal' ones. I did not find this information anywhere on the section of the website that extolls the deal, nor was I informed of it during past purchases at the place. Since we successfully used this deal in the past for plant-based pizzas, it was clearly an on-the-day choice of the staff, which I do not believe is right. Why offer plant-based options at all if you can't do it in a non-discriminatory way?

I've ordered from this branch regularly for a long time. They are excellent, the food is always good and arrives hot. The delivery drivers are kind and helpful. They're my go to place to order from if I want food delivered and don't want to have to worry about delays or there being problems, because it always goes smoothly.
