Absolute pathetic excuse for a pizza. Was convinced to get Domino's by a friend. Never again. Got a tandoori hot with extra tandoori chicken. This is what arrived. About 7 bits of chicken on the bland, dry pizza. Totally pathetic.

Never used this takeaway service however fed up of their drivers on scooters using Jamaica Mews courtyard in Edinburgh as a road. Highly dangerous and irresponsible for the safety of members of the public in general including children. I also question whether many of these couriers are entitled to work in the UK with proper working visas. All of them have crash helmets and as a consequence cannot be identified. Scotland has proper traffic laws to protect pedestrians. Enough said.

Disgusting customer service. Refused to refund me when the pizza sent out was wrong on 2 occasions. Maybe the recipe has changed? Who knows but when I called to resolve the issue, the Indian man on the phone started shouting at me. Been such a loyal regular customer for years and this is how they treat customers. Wont be back to Dominoes ever again. AVOID!!!!!!!

Several things were wrong with the food we got delivered. Firstly, the chicken wings had not been sealed and fell out of the box into the delivery drivers bag. The driver made no attempt to help as we had to pull the wings out.
The half and half pizzas were cut terribly, meaning that people had a slice with the other person's pizza on it. The thin and crispy pizza was horrible, it was nothing like thin and crispy is supposed to be. The garlic pizza bread wasn't even cut at all, and apparently that also tasted bad.

i ordered from this doninos and was shocked at the foul language they were using over the phone, when the driver arrived at my door he put the pizza on the door step and drove off, i phone to complain about the service and was shocked at the language they were using, the pizza was undercooked and looked like it was pulled from the trash, safe to say i will not be ordering from here again

I?ve been ordering pizza from this place since the lockdowns, and they used to serve some of the best pizzas in town. Sadly, their quality has been steadily declining. The delivery experience has also worsened, with drivers often getting lost, being rude, or?like my last driver?calling to make you come downstairs to pick up your order. Today was the final straw. The driver was completely unprofessional, and the pizza was awful?tasting sour and rubbery. The toppings, whether it was the cheese or the vegetables (which looked like they?d been pulled from the trash and carelessly thrown on the dough), were clearly spoiled. I won?t be ordering from them again.

So I went in to order a pizza, already lovely fellas, unfortunately due to reason out of their control, my pizza was missing, however they were very sorry and immediately made me a new one in about 6-7 minutes with an extra set of cookies for free
Super friendly staff, probably deserve a raise I bet because they were very obviously incredible at their job

I think this is the best Dominos in Edinburgh. The food is always warm, sometimes even hot... fresh ingredients, delicious cake. The service also has an exemplary approach to the customer. A really close-knit and friendly team.
Nice, polite driver. Delivery always at the speed of light.
11/10. I highly recommend it.

Ordered a vegan pizza and received a non vegan dip in the box. It's a clear reflection of their disregard for their customer's dietary preference. The pizza itself looked and tasted like frozen store bought version and not what you'll expect from a company known for selling pizza.

I ordered a pizza which unfortunately arrived underbaked. Despite this, my guests and I ate a few slices before realizing the issue.When I called the store to report the problem, I overheard your staff conversing in Hindi, dismissing my concern and accusing me of attempting to deceive them for free pizza. As someone who understands Hindi, I found this behavior highly unprofessional and disrespectful.I have always enjoyed Domino's products and services, and this experience has left me quite disappointed. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. And I?m pretty sure we won?t be ordering from this store anymore.
