If I could leave 0 stars I would! Shocking service and terrible staff. Ordered through Uber and they sent driver to wrong address and did nothing after to ensure we received our order. Horrible when talking on the phone, staff are horrendously rude.

Delivery driver refused to bring food to my door as he didn't want to climb the stairs. Just had an operation and was unable to go collect. Had to get a neighbour to go down the stairs and collect it. Called the manager of the southside store and as I was explaining what happened he simply hung up on me. Will not be ordering from them again.

First, when the app displayed the delivery was arrived. We didn?t receive anything or any call. So we called the store, the store staff there?s wrong with the app and asked us to wait. second, we ordered the food 11:00 pm, we received the order 12:17 pm. This was over what the app was showing order arrived 30 minutes later. During the whole time, my boyfriend was standing outside waiting for the driver. When the shop called me again which was not through the order?s number, he started saying the driver was outside but my boyfriend was standing outside too. He didn?t receive any food. Then the staff said: ?this is your fault.? He said we didn?t type the right number so the driver couldn?t get through us. But we double checked. We filled out the right number and the signal was fine as well. I feel really angry about what the staff said to me since the app showed it?s delivered and we didn?t type the wrong phone number. Third, when I was still talking to that staff, he hung up the call, which is rude and disrespectful again. I wish I can get the proper response from your customer service team as soon as possible. This kind of behaviour in front of customers is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope I can be treated right that way I treated your staff. Hope this thing can be solved before Christmas.

Yesterday was my first time going in here for a walk in order and the guy who served us was amazing and very kind to me and my friend! It was very apparent that the people in this branch are hard working and do their best for customers. In this day and age, I appreciate that a lot, would recommend! ?

Fine if you collect - think it's just awkward for deliveries (based on other reviews). Standard domino's otherwise; one of few places open late for food.
