absolutely shocked by staff. i asked for a cheese pizza over phone and they hung up? i didn?t do nothing wrong all i said was ? can i please have a cheese pizza and they hung up. i?m very disappointed for this due to i used to work there myself these kids now a days are so rude!!!!

Let?s you select the Southside dominoes on the app to order @ 1:30am and claims it?s open for your request and then once you pick what you want and go to place to order it hits you with a ?whoopsie store not taking orders, please select other store? all of which clearly shut at 1am, including the southside store which also shut at 1am according to to google so don?t know why it says on the app its open at 1:30am. Not the stores fault. Whoever controls the app needs to get their shit together.

I am really frustrated with this store, there are always issues like poor pizza quality, too much pizza sauce or forget to give part of order, also when customers are in store, staff speak with each other in different language than in English, with customers in store they should technically speak English.
When I phoned today to report that my pizza quality Is bad, the women on the phone was very uninterested in what I was saying, she said like ?oh yes, yes. Am sorry, bring the pizza back and the call ended but after discussing the issue with my partner, we agreed that the store had made a mistake so why should we go back almost 2 miles to the exchange the pizza, I know it was collection but he already went up to dominos and collected the pizza but we weren?t expecting this poor quality, so we phoned back after a minute we asked if we pay can they deliver it because it?s their fault and she said that they cant do that. So I started going on about they issues I have with this store and how often and that this mistake was on their end and she cut me off while speaking, told me they are busy and hanged up on me, she lied because it didn?t seem busy when my partner arrived at the store shortly after. This was disrespectful, and from now on this store will never get a good word from me, and I?ll always judge it to be they worst, because this is the only store that makes mistakes and puts way too much tomato sauce onto the pizza, like please employ someone who can make pizza so we can avoid This!
Below I added photos below that show the first pizza after arrival home and then the nice pizza is the one that was replaced by the first pizza, my partner asked the staff at dominos if this pizza is good quality and he didn?t even say anything? obviously we know why.
I wonder why I had to argue in order to get a good quality pizza, where it should?ve been like that in the beginning. Also the Craigmillar store times are not correct, google shows till 23pm but the domino?s app shows 1am or 23pm depending on location, I have included the screenshots to prove this.

POOR HYGIENE and Domino's refuse to investigate. Found hairs in pizza and family got sick. Friends in area told us similar stories. Domino's seemed disinterested to investigate further.
Orders have also been wrong the last couple of times (missing items on pizzas, missing dips). Used to have no issues.
Would suggest STAYING AWAY until Domino's investigate and sort out the issues.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, and it arrived half raw. The toppings and the outside crust were cooked properly, everything else in the middle (between the toppings and the bottom crust) is straight-up raw and tastes like wet flour.

Food changes depending upon staff, no mushroom maybe 1!!! Mushrooms are cheap, last time it was not as sparce, yet still now will order double pepperoni,that's 2 toppings £7.99, then buy my own mushrooms but then aswell just cooking it myself from start ??

Absolutely useless. Waited an hour and a half for food. Called Atleast 10 times and the phone rang out and hung up. What a joke. No food, no answer, joke of a company

Don?t bother with this Domino?s for take-away.
Got there and they had run out of the student offer of personal pizza, so we ordered on the app. It took roughly 40 minutes to arrive (30 minutes just to be prepared) and the updates about its progress (on the app or on the screen) were not helpful at all. The waiting area was tiny, with 3 seats, not at all fit for the 20-30 or so people waiting to collect. Quality of food was OK, but far worse than other Domino?s I?ve tried. Would not recommend this place, go to other Domino?s or pizza places if you want take-out

I placed an order through Uber eats. They gave me a time window when it would arrive to my hotel. After sitting in front of the hotel waiting past the estimated time the food never arrived. I tried calling the store several times and got no answer. Uber tried calling the store with no answer. Then they marked the order as complete after over 2 hours waiting trying to get ahold of them. I call today to ask them about it and the guy argues with me saying there's nothing they can do and they didn't pick up any calls because they were busy. If you're too busy to pick up a call don't accept the order. Waisted over 2 hours of my time and almost 45 pounds I can't get back.
