Bernard was very helpful today. He organised our delivery and fitting, and explained everything in detail. He took the stress away from the experience. We only have to wait just over a week for delivery, and about 2 weeks for a fitting. Very happy with the service we received today! We would recommend!

Went somewhere else first and had lousy customer service there so I left. Three minutes down the road I found Flooring Superstore and they couldn't have been more helpful. Gary was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be back next time I need more floors done.
