Stephen Marks is an absolute legend. I've never before experienced such service from someone who is clearly so very passionate about their work.After trying and failing to piece together the perfect engagement ring online, Stephen took the time to call me and guide me through various options, he was exceptionally patient and spent quite a bit of time with me, resulting in a bigger, and better diamond for a slightly less amount!His aftercare, was also superb. He even helped me write my proposal speech! 5 stars simply isn't enough.Great guy, great product, great price, great experience.Don't even bother looking to shop anywhere else.(She said yes, by the way!)
