Unhelpful and rude staff, talked to me like a 4 year old, wouldn't offer any help for what to do if the package wasnt viable. Will never go there again, if her hospitality demeanor is the way it is for the dhl pickup and dropoff point I'd hate to see how she is with customers.

Went there to post a letter. The staff member said he couldn't accommodate me because the day's DHL collection had already happened (meaning, it was useless for me to post that day). When I told him that was fine, he then told me he had to prepare parcels for another courier to pick up, so he'd be busy for the next 20 minutes. He could help me only if I waited 20 minutes, or came back later. No thanks, I won't come back at all.

This place is understaffed, so same person attending to shoppers attends to DHL customers. It took 40 minutes (I got there at 17:00Hrs and left at 17:40hrs on 28/05/2020), before my DHL transaction was completed due to the staff switching between the DHL transaction and normal customers.
